day perfect hamburger buns, but not only. Tasty and soft, they should be in every picnic basket. Easy to do, and the effect really tasty. Recipe found here  .  
  Ingredients (for 8 rolls):
- 2.5 cups flour
 - 3 / 4 cup warm water
 - 1 / 3 cup powdered milk
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 1.5 tablespoons sugar
 - 3 / 4 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon dry yeast
 - 1 egg
 - 2 tablespoons sesame + yolk + 1 tablespoon milk
 
  Melt butter and cool, add water, milk, sugar and yeast, stir, leave for 10min. Make egg, half the flour and salt, stir. Gradually add rest of flour, earning a smooth and elastic dough. Try not to add too much flour. Place dough in bowl, cover with a cloth and allow to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. After this time, divide the dough into 8 equal portions, each forming a bun, put on a baking tray lined with baking paper, re-cover with cloth and allow to rise for about 45 minutes. Buns spread with egg yolk mixed with milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at temp  .     200 ยบ C. by about 12-15min.
