Poppy down

Lightweight poppy cake with whipped cream and fruit, so simple, and certainly satisfy anyone's appetite. I have the last spot for poppy scones, and strawberries are actually already my addiction. Quick and easy to do. I recommend.



Ingredients (for plaque 24x24cm)

  • 5 eggs
  • 150g sugar
  • 120g plain flour

  • 400ml cream 30%
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
