Home chocolates is an interesting idea for a gift for a loved one. The taste like popular candy bar, but there are definitely better. Easy and quick to do, certainly did not arouse a smile. Recipe found here .
Ingredients (for about 25 pieces)
- 200g coconut
- 100ml cream 70g sugar
- powder 70g butter
- few drops of rum or rum flavoring
- 150g milk or dark chocolate
Pastry warm with butter, so they rozpuściło. Add grated coconut and mixed with a few drops of rum, just to combine. From mass to form walnut-sized balls. Lay on paper or aluminum foil cover and chill in the refrigerator at least an hour. Chocolate dissolve in water, immerse in the balls. Set aside in the fridge for chocolate has hardened.
