What's A Half Highlight

Omleciki szpinakowe

I love spinach! In any form.
omleciki These spontaneously formed long ago and are no strangers to our table. They look like pancakes, but have a definite advantage here do not add eggs and flour. They can, of course, eat the heat, but we love it when cooled, as a delicious light snack.

Omleciki Spinach

4 eggs
package frozen spinach, shredded (450g) 2 cloves garlic


bunch of parsley, powdered nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste butter for frying


thawed spinach, and translate into the strainer and drain off thoroughly. Finely chopped parsley. Passed through the crushed garlic or finely chopped.
Eggs sticks to the bowl, add spices and whisk Whip not digging in the air. Add the spinach, parsley and garlic and mix thoroughly. Fry in hot butter for gold.
