Free Dragonball Yaoi Doushinji

Chleb that zakwasie z prażonym słonecznikiem

This bread is a bit of a mess. Me. The proportions of several other provisions plus roasted sunflower seeds and succeeded:)

sourdough zaczynowy:
2 tablespoons rye starter
200 g rye flour 160 ml water


Mix and let stand for 12-16 hours under a cloth.

dough appropriate:
sourdough zaczynowy
470 ml of water
630 g wheat flour

yeast tablespoon honey hazelnut-size
tablespoon salt sunflower
pack (100g)

Sunflower prażymy a dry frying pan for browning. Dissolve yeast in a little water.
Mix all ingredients with a spoon and leave to rise - for me it took about 2 hours.
After this time, we made the dough for several minutes with a spoon (the dough is too loose to do it differently), and translate into a smeared and dusted with flour molds, cover with a cloth and leave it for another 2 hours to re-grow.
Bake at 220 degrees for browning.
When I bake the cups at the end of baking breads pull out of them and again intercede in the oven for 5-10 minutes on the grill. Thanks to the fabulously crunchy crust:)
