Recently I had a great desire for cold cheesecake. I had the intention to do something other than traditional fruit and jelly. Thus inspired recipe Dorotus cheesecake made with cookies.
Ingredients (Cake stand 23cm diameter):
- 350g chocolate cake (for me chocolate oatmeal cookies)
- 120g butter or margarine
- 500g cheese (I've used this for cheesecakes with wiadereczka)
- 300ml double cream
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 100g white chocolate
- 5 teaspoons gelatine
- 5 tablespoons hot water
- 200g chocolate biscuits
350g finely crushed cookies. Melt butter and combine with crushed cookies. The resulting mass of the bottom of the springform pan put put into the refrigerator.
mix with cream cheese, powdered sugar and wanilinowym. Dissolve the chocolate in microwave or water bath, add gradually to przestudzoną curd, mix. Gelatin distributed in 5 tablespoons hot water, pour gently into the matter, still mixing. Other cakes break, add weight, mix. Put the cheese on the bottom of the cookies. Cool in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
