How To Cite The Cover Of A Book

Ingredients:

  • 450g whole-wheat flour (you can use ordinary wheat)
  • 350ml milk
  • few cloves of garlic
  • 5g dry yeast

  • 0.5 teaspoon marjoram, parsley (may be dried), basil
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 egg

Boil milk with crushed garlic, cook over low heat for several minutes, allow to cool. Dry ingredients mix. To the lukewarm milk add honey, oil and beaten egg. Pour into dry ingredients. Knead the dough. Let stand covered with a cloth in a warm place to rise for about 45 minutes. After this time, another minute knead the dough divided into 12 parts. Each form in the shape of rolls. Lay on floured baking tray, you can leave for a moment to rise. 1920 to 1925 Furnace min. at 200 ยบ C.
